The Curator is a range of dynamic wines that are selected after the vin- tage each year. The grapes are grown in the Swartland region, close to the Wild West Coast of South Africa by 4 different farmers on a multi- tude of different sites—mainly granite and slate soils. The grapes al- ways deliver consistency in flavor and aromas.
