Angel's Envy - Cask Strength Bourbon (750ml)

We refined age-old bourbon traditions, honing the p rocess until we finally unlocked complex, nuanced flavors not found anywhere else. First, notice the beautiful dark brown color and amber hues. Next, savor the taste as vanilla and roasted chocolate collide, with distinct notes of plum and light oak. This complex mingling of vanilla bean, spice and dried fruits results in a subtle silkiness with a long finish that fully coats the palette. AngelÂ’s Envy Cask Strength is unlike any other bourbon youÂ’ve ever tasted.

Appearance: Rich gold with an amber depth.
Nose: Heavy caramel with vanilla up front, followed by roasted almonds, orange peel citrus and faint blueberry.
Palate: Pound cake, root beer, candy corn, honey, then tart strawberries, blackberries, figs, slight black pepper on the finish.
Finish: Less port forward than previous years, but while the port finish is distinct, the bourbon itself shines through the finish.
