(55º) Amaro, Italian for bitter, is an herbal lique ur produced by macerating dried herbs, roots, flowers, bark and citrus peels in alcohol and then blending it with a mixture of sugar, alcohol and caramel. An ideal after dinner drink that can also be served mixed in cocktails.
